Dermalynx is a leading provider of advanced wound care graft products, dedicated to improving patient outcomes through innovative solutions. We partner with wound care clinics, podiatrists, burn centers, and other healthcare providers to deliver high-quality graft products that support effective wound healing.

We are expanding and seeking experienced, hungry, and independent Medical Sales Professionals who want unlimited earning potential in a booming medical field.

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Marketing and Sales Representative to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in expanding our client base by building relationships with healthcare providers, educating them about our wound care graft products, and securing new contracts. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, a passion for healthcare sales, and the ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development (healthcare sales experience is highly preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Knowledge of wound care or medical device industry is a plus but not required (training will be provided)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to client sites

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our wound care graft products to clinics, podiatrists, burn centers, and other target accounts
  • Identify, contact, and build relationships with prospective healthcare providers and decision-makers
  • Schedule and conduct product presentations, meetings, and demonstrations to educate clients on the benefits of our products
  • Negotiate and secure signed contracts with new clients, meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM software
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support for new clients

Territory

Remote position with travel to client sites as needed. Opportunities available in multiple regions.

Training Provided
