We are expanding and seeking experienced, hungry, and independent Medical Sales Professionals who want unlimited earning potential in a booming medical field.

Position Summary

We are hiring a Medical Sales Representative to promote wound-care grafting products to podiatrists, wound-care clinics, vascular surgeons, home health agencies, orthopedic clinics, and other medical providers. This is a 100% COMMISSION-ONLY position. You must be comfortable working as an independent producer, generating your own pipeline, and closing accounts. Minimum 1 year of Medical sales experience (required)
Experience working on commission-only OR strong comfort working commission-only
Self-starter with the ability to prospect, open doors, and close

If you do not have at least 1 year of Medical sales experience, your application will not move forward.

Responsibilities

Prospect, pitch, and onboard new medical providers to our grafting product line
Build and maintain strong relationships with clinics, physicians, and wound-care specialists
Educate medical teams on product features, clinical benefits, and usage
Manage your own pipeline: lead generation → follow-up → closing
Meet sales targets and drive revenue growth in assigned territories
Provide weekly updates and maintain accurate activity tracking
Attend virtual or in-person trainings as needed

Compensation

Commission-only (uncapped commissions)
Top performers routinely earn $8,000–$20,000+ per month depending on accounts
Residual income from reordering clinics
Bonuses available for high-volume performance

There is no base pay for this role. This is best suited for someone who wants to "build their own book" and earn aggressively.

Territory

Nationwide opportunities are available. Local travel to clinics is required.

Training Provided

You will receive product education, clinical information, pitch scripts, and sales tools to help you succeed. We support you—but you run the show.
